These positions work 36 hours per week @ 3 days x 12 hours per day. Monday- Wednesday one week then Thursday, Friday and Saturday the next week.

With 36 hours of perfect attendance for 36 hours, you will get paid for 40 hours. Overtime in other CNC departments on the days you are scheduled off is also an option.

  • The CNC Automatic Cell Operator will be accountable for running multiple machining cells with automated support equipment, ensuring production standards are being met.

    • Prior autonomous machining operations knowledge on lathes and mills

    • Perform adjustments to machines and tooling to keep parts within tolerance

    • Perform operator-related cleaning and preventative maintenance as required

    • Use precision measuring equipment as assigned and document findings as required

    • Maintain the machining cycles and parts per hour to standard

    • Troubleshoot machine stoppages and recover as trained

    • Make changeovers effective and expediently to common parts as orders run out

    • Capacity to learn automation integration and performing minor stoppage recovery

    • Flexible in work schedules to support customer order requirements

    • Work 12 hour shifts and able to stand for extended periods of time

    • Follow direction, maintain notes for reference and conscious of equipment run time

    • Personally, provide insight and response to troubleshoot production issues

    • Maintain a constantly organized, clean and safe work area

    • Ability to make on the go adjustments to ensure absolutely 100%-part compliance
