R&B Grinding is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for both 1st and 2nd shift. R & B Grinding LLC is an ISO 9001:2015 Certified, providing OEM manufacturers with a diversity of services including close tolerance CNC machining, grinding, welding, screw machining, and assembly work.   • Hands-on experience with precision CNC machining equipment and peripheral automation; maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components and systems.

    • Experience troubleshooting FANUC controllers and identifying related failure modes for the purpose of repairing, and restarting CNC equipment.

    • Effectively read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC ladder and block logic.

    • Repair and replace motors, amplifiers, transducers, servos and sensors.

    • Perform skilled alignments of CNC spindles, turrets and tail stocks.

    • Perform machine leveling and alignments on all equipment as required.

    • Use machine tool manuals, technical documents along with internal and vendor resources to research machine issues for repair.

    • Support electronic scheduled preventive maintenance by reading reports, performing job assignments and completing documents for closure.

    • Perform work assignments with a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.

    • In conjunction with production team, support continuous improvement with development of PM instructions and schedules to prevent recurring failure.
